Refund ExceptionsAll sales are final on a small selection of items in our e-commerce store. These items include: Titled Trailers, Firearms, Ammo, Live Animals, Gift Cards. Gas and diesel-powered equipment are ineligible for refunds after fuel has been put in the equipment, unless the equipment is defective.
Return Your Item In StoreYour local Orscheln store staff can help you with your online return. Take your online purchase to your store, and a staff member will call our customer service for you. Be sure to bring your order number or proof of purchase for faster service. The refund will be issued through our customer service department. Cash refunds and exchanges cannot be made at the store.
