1) Can I order product on line?

Online ordering is available on select items at this time.  We will be adding more items in the future so check back with us to see the available items.

2) What is the Orscheln ConvenienceCard program??

ConvenienceCard is a private label credit card offered only to our Orscheln customers. ConvenienceCard offers special terms to our customer such as 180 Days No Interest program and annual rebates based on purchase volume. Pick up an application at any Orscheln store.

3) Can I make a Convenience Card payment at the store?

No, payments currently need to be mailed directly to United Missouri Bank, our processor. A return envelope is included with our statement for your convenience.

4) What is the age for Sr. Citizen discounts?

Customers 55 years and older are eligible for senior citizen discounts.

5) Does my child have to be with me to get his/her 4-H/FFA discount?

We strongly urge the child to be with his or her parent when they make their purchases and to show their project card.

6) I am a vendor, who can I contact to set up an appointment?

7) Is Orscheln Farm & Home a franchise?

No, Orscheln Farm & Home is a family owned company. Interested in having a store in your town? Please e-mail our customer service department. We'll see that the Real Estate department gets the info.

8) How can I find out if an item is exempt from farm tax?

Send your e-mail request to fhcustomerservice@orscheln.com and we will get you a copy of your state's tax regulations.

9) Can I purchase farm tax exempt on your website?

Unfortunately, state laws on farm tax exemptions vary widely and an online process does not allow for us to properly collect the information required by the various states.
