    Loss Prevention Investigator -- Salary

   
We currently have an opening at the Orscheln Farm & Home Office
    in Moberly, MO, for the following position. If you have the required qualifications

    Responsibilities
Summary:
    -  Primary investigator of all suspected or reported losses or related issues
       associated to abuses or losses of company assets.
    -  Ensures investigation is in compliance with all local, state and federal laws.
    -  Ensures completion of investigation to appropriate resolution, including when
       when needed, arrest and prosecution.  Attend related court hearns and/or 
       give testimony in legal procedings.    
    -  Ensures accuracy of case and suspect databases.

    Skills required/preferred summary:

    -  Extensive overnight travel, with potential short notice.
       Fifty (50) percent travel, minimum.
       Majority of travel, Monday - Friday.  Possibility of a few weekends.
       Company vehicle and expense account provided.
    -  Must be proficient in writing investigation narratives and regional, state and
       company-wide alerts/warnings involving Loss Prevention issues.
    -  Must be proficient in PC operation including Microsoft XP, Excel, Word and Outlook.
    -  Previous interview/interrogation experience preferred.
    -  Excellent observation skills, with attention to detail.
    -  Excellent organizational skills.
    -  Good communication skills.
    -  Diligent follow-up skills.
