Human Resources Recruiter -- Salary
We currently have an opening at the Orscheln Farm & Home Office
in Moberly, MO, for the following position. If you have the required qualifications

Required Qualifications:
- Experience in hiring and general recruitment
- Retail background
- Good communicator
- Availability to travel (approximately 20% travel required)
- Experience with Word and Excel
- Experience with Web site maneuvering and content maintenance
Responsibilities:
Recruitment of Store Manager/Trainee Candidates, Office & RSC Management Positions
° Maintain & expand external applicant base
- Run ads
- Attend career fairs
- Cold calls
- Follow-up on store closings
- Web site presence and HR page content maintenance, etc.
° Respond to applicants (phone call, e-mail or letter)
° Post internal openings, coordinate responses with Hiring Managers
° Interview candidates
° Do employment reference checks
Associate Store Manager Training
° Notify T&D of new associates for the Career Development Program
° Coordinate new candidate training arrangements with District Manager and Training Store
Additional Responsibilities
° Research and present recommendations for HR enhancement projects
° Maintain applicant tracking database
° Prepare yearly recruitment reports, utilizing Excel
° Other related duties as needed
